Refund & Cancellation

We want you to be happy with EtsyQuickList. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our one-time lifetime access and recurring image packs.
1. Lifetime access (one-time)
If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund of your one-time lifetime purchase within 14 days of payment, provided you have not generated an excessive number of images (which incur a real cost to us). Contact us and we'll process eligible refunds through our payment provider.
2. Image packs (recurring)
Image packs renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. The current period remains active until it ends. Used image credits are non-refundable.
3. Digital nature
Because the Service delivers digital output immediately, refunds are at our discretion once significant usage has occurred. We evaluate requests fairly and in good faith.
4. How to request
Email 1anfibi@gmail.com or use the in-app WhatsApp support button with your account email. We typically respond within 2 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback.
