1. The Service

EtsyQuickList is an AI tool that helps you create Etsy listings — titles, descriptions, SEO tags and product images — and, where you connect your own Etsy shop, publish them via Etsy's official API. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not:

• •Generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates Etsy's policies
• •Attempt to resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
• •Abuse generation limits or attempt to bypass access controls
• •Use the Service to create misleading, harmful, or counterfeit listings

4. Your content and Etsy

You retain ownership of the listings and images you generate. You are solely responsible for how you use them and for compliance with Etsy's Terms of Service. EtsyQuickList is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Etsy, Inc.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Polar). Lifetime access is a one-time payment; image packs are recurring until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD; local amounts are approximate. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.

6. AI-generated content

AI output may be imperfect or inaccurate. We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or specific results. You must review and edit generated content before use.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EtsyQuickList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or sales.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
